I was interviewed for a Functional Test Lead position. The initial round was a video call interview, and it went well.
Following that, I received a link for an English exam (AMCAT), which I completed.
Subsequently, the HR department requested a list of documents, including my payslip, address proof, and previous offer letter, to release my offer letter. I sent all these documents immediately.
However, I have not yet received the offer letter. I contacted HR, and she stated I would receive it by end of day. It has now been three weeks with no response to calls or emails.
At the very least, the company could inform candidates if another applicant has been chosen for the role. This would allow us to move on and pursue other opportunities. This is very poor behavior from Capgemini.
Mostly on what I worked on in my previous projects, and some situational questions, and team/project management.
