Process

It was a pool campus.

Approximately 6-7 college students participated.

Around 700-800 students were present.

The whole process consisted of 3 rounds.

The first round was an aptitude test, which included quantitative and logical reasoning. The test was administered via the Face website.

The aptitude round was very easy, which may have caused problems after clearing the second round, which was an essay writing round.

Normal essays were assigned, such as essays based on education, illiteracy, reservation, social media, and Facebook vs. WhatsApp.

Results were declared after both rounds, meaning the first round was not an elimination round.

And a very unexpected result was declared. Approximately 70 students were selected. The result was unexpected not because only 70 were selected, but how they were selected was the question.

Unfortunately, or rather fortunately, I was not one of them.

If I use my sixth sense or ACP Pradyuman's knowledge, something was amiss.

I think there was an upper cut-off, and they mostly selected on the basis of the essay.

The third round was a PI (HR + Technical).
