Hired experienced candidates for Core Java + UI Developer roles. I came through a consultancy reference.
There were two rounds:
1st round: Written technical test with two JavaScript programs. The first involved creating a simple HTML page with three input fields and validation. The second was to find the sum of numbers using JavaScript.
2nd round: Face-to-face technical interview. Questions covered JavaScript hosting, object-oriented JavaScript, navigation in HTML, and displaying three divs in the same row.
