I went through one level of interview, which lasted around 45 minutes. The interviewer gave me one challenging task in React. I completed that task, and the interviewer was satisfied.
On the same day, I received an email asking me to provide my UAN card along with my updated resume.
After two weeks, I received an offer.

Pros: I started my career here and I find it interesting for juniors to see several different project contexts.
Cons: Too large a company where it is difficult to have a real team spirit. The amounts received for profit-sharing and employee participation are ridiculous.
