Employ a friendly work environment. Capgemini's work culture is good.
Everything is good, so no cons.
For On-Campus procedure, there are 3 steps: 1. Aptitude and English Written Test 2. Technical Round (related to your job role) 3. HR Round (Tell about yourself and about the company, why you want to join here, your aspirations, and motives)
Overall, it was very nice. The interviewer was so supportive. The questions asked were mostly from core Java and OOPS concepts. For me, it was easy. Just a piece of advice: go through the OOPS concepts very well.
It was a great experience. The interviewer kept an easy environment and made me comfortable. Then there was a round of technical questions, followed by some normal HR questions. I then asked for feedback, which helped me to improve myself.
