- Choosing Capgemini is the right choice for a long-term IT career.
- You will get a lot of opportunities in different domains.
- You will get a lot of opportunities for learning new technologies.
- You can have a relatively long pool period where you can enhance your skill set.

Getting a good revised CTC is very difficult if you have to join Capgemini with a good package. Otherwise, you have to forget about your CTC, as it will not grow.

You can expect a 2-3% hike on your current CTC every year.

C1 and above grade employees have a variable pay component which will be paid at the end of the year with 90% payout, which is very bad.
- Getting into any new project as a C2 grade is very difficult, though you have around 9 years of experience.
- Designations/grades should be assigned as per the number of IT years of experience.
- I have noticed that a manager is assigned to a person who has around 6 years of IT experience, where that person has to face a lot of issues for getting into a project.
