Proper Corporate Culture
Proper processes and a formal work culture. Good work-life balance.
Low hikes and growth.
No challenging opportunities.
Too many processes.
There should be a better process around review, so that people who are trying to make a change are identified effectively.
I applied through Naukri. The process took more than one week. I got a call from a consultancy for Capgemini. The first round questions asked about: * Yourself * Roles and responsibilities * Frameworks * Selenium * Java coding
The first round was conducted virtually. They asked basic questions about Selenium and Java, such as the usage of Actions in Selenium, handling windows and frames, and finding the second largest element in an array program.
Weekend Drive for Automation Testing. Had 3 rounds back-to-back: 1. Written Java program 2. Face-to-face technical 3. HR round for client and package discussion Everything went smoothly, and the panel moved fast, which was unexpected.
