Best company to work with
I have been working with Capgemini for the last 6.5 years. Initially, I joined at the Pune location. After 18 months, I was easily transferred to my base location, Mumbai.
Below are the pros:
- Nice work environment
- Helpful management
- Focus on learning new tech-stacks
- Many opportunities aligned with employee aspirations
- Work-life balance
- Transparency in policies
- Employee-oriented policies
