Not sure what to write. When I joined in 2010, and before that, this was one of the best IT service companies in India. Sadly, it degraded year on year, and I have not seen or heard any signs of improvement or employee satisfaction factors.
Do not expect an annual pay hike.
Make sure that you are hire-able, as you may be kicked out of the company or project at any point in time.
Be ready to do any kind of work given to you, or else you will be asked to leave.
Culture: People matters, results count.
Take care of your lower-rung employees; they do the real work.
If you wish to cut down, then do it at the managerial level.
