Pros

Excellent health benefits, along with the opportunity to purchase stock and contribute to a retirement plan. Lots of internal network communities, and the ability to do volunteer work in the community.

Cons

Extremely disorganized, upper mid-level VPs and management focusing on the wrong things. Not providing opportunities to lower-level management to move up.

Advice to Management

Stop telling the public, shareholders, and staff that year-over-year profitability is up by double-digit percentages, then offering terrible or no raises, along with bonuses based on lesser profitability. Do not provide additional compensation for certifications that are being mandated, and do not share profitability with consultants who sell work for the account executive.

Get project managers and engagement managers who are actually willing to follow the SOW and not be "best friends" with the customer. Enforce the integrity and honesty that the company touts as a primary core value.

Having engagement managers who travel weekly is literally stealing profitability and money from the client. Not holding engagement managers accountable for cost overruns and the loss of any profitability is their job.
