Abuse with workload for recent graduates. Pesimistic culture, managers lack soft skills and can yell. Unrealistic objectives are set for clients. Working hours are not respected. You work extra hours and days, including weekends. Lack of work-life balance. Extreme workload. Growth is based on whether you are friends with the boss. Whatever the client wants is always done, even if it's wrong.
