Very happy at Capgemini
Hello everyone. I wanted to tell you that working at Capgemini has been a very rewarding experience for me, as I have found very good colleagues and a sense of closeness with the company. This last point is surprising, as it is a large company. There are many benefits, but the one I want to highlight the most is that there is truly flexible work. And if any unforeseen event arises, you can adapt your workday to resolve and do what you need.
Remote work offers many benefits, but it doesn't foster as much connection with colleagues. The company is trying to organize events so we can share and get to know each other.
