Software Engineer
The process seemed a bit long to me, with several tests and questions that were sometimes repetitive. Notably in English, on technical aspects, as well as a video presentation, which made the experience slightly redundant.
Lead Developer
A first contact by phone following an online application. Planning an individual video interview (due to COVID) with the recruiter a week later. Then, the following week, a technical video interview with the team manager.
Data Engineer
Two interviews of 15 minutes each: * A first technical interview * A second interview with an HR manager Proficiency in English is a plus. Soft skills are paramount.
