Pros

Good company to start and train with.

A good training catalog and offers to take certain training courses funded by the company.

Salary "slightly" higher than other ESNs but negligible. It's still more profitable to change companies after several years of experience or to negotiate well. 2 hours of training per month.

Cons

Now, as a large ESN, it suffers from the classic negative points.

Often stressful projects: selling promises that cannot be kept without working overtime or ruining one's health.

HUGE administrative part in the company, whether for declaring project hours, working hours, or mandatory, sometimes useless, training (internal advertising of company culture).
