Good CE, project varieties, Apétiz card
Raises are difficult to obtain. If they occur, they are allocated from a budget envelope. Therefore, if you are unfortunately promoted or recognized in the 'wrong' year, you will potentially receive a smaller raise.
(Example from myself who received a 2,000 euro smaller raise than a colleague with the same feedback, same profile, same experience, because I was promoted 6 months later.)
Promotion is not followed up on. These are just rumors, nothing is confirmed. The budget envelope, in part, will determine your promotion (a three-month block in my case), or even the financial capacity of your project (unfortunately, despite thousands of euros in added value on your behalf, you will still be too expensive!).
Bonuses are ridiculous considering the ever-increasing profits of the company that directors boast about (1200 euro bonuses!).
Simple and well-defined process, with a friendly atmosphere. Phone interview, HR interview, then a technical interview. The process is followed and a response is given at the end of each stage.
Here is a 30-word version: The hiring interview process includes a technical interview accessible to junior profiles, meaning recently graduated students with no professional experience, to assess their basic skills.
First, an HR call, then an HR interview, then a call with the manager and an HR and manager interview. After that, we are asked about benefits. Everything is done on a platform and via Teams; it's easy.
