I started my career 3 years back in Capgemini.
Pros are:
- Good brand name
- Projects are technical
- Work environment is very good
- A hike is not that much.
- For a service-based company, you will not work on the core technology part.
- You need to look for the latest technology in the market to survive.
Please put the resources in the project according to their background, not on the basis of fingers. That is, any guy from any background will be given a project irrespective of their interest in the technology.
