Capgemini scheduled a walk-in for a Datastage developer, and I went for the interview. The process took almost 3 hours. The interviewer was very cool, and he covered all aspects of an ETL developer.

Interview Process: * Technical F2F * Lead Round * HR Round Please expect a long waiting time. There was no proper response from staff. I interviewed at the parking area. The building was not properly maintained.

I received an email from a recruiter, who then scheduled a technical round interview. Following that, an online aptitude test was scheduled by the recruiter, which took place within a week. Finally, HR called for further details and documentation.
