The culture and range of friendly personalities make it a desirable place to work where everyone gets on well with each other.
Opportunities to progress and build on skill sets often arise, and learning something new is easily achieved by the range of learning courses available, as well as learning from other professionals.
There is a sense that I'm constantly improving my skill set, and so much has been achieved since joining Capgemini.
Nothing major that it's a dealbreaker, but the workloads will vary for graduates. Spending your time wisely to learn when you're not busy is the clever thing to do.
