People and some opportunity to learn.
Management: HR Hell - lots of forms and pointless activities, feeling of no voice or power.
Low Pay - 3% in 2 years at the company, told I am "around the medium" when I know I am far below.
Little to no chance of promotion.
A mess where bad people thrive and good people suffer.
Make promotion easier as a path. Have managers that are actually aware of the company, e.g., have been there longer than a year.
Experiment with work on client sites. Maybe even mix up teams in order to get real feedback not biased by kindness.
