The interview process was a very usual process followed by many MNCs. It was very technical skills oriented, with nothing on the culture fit side, which I feel is an important aspect too.

The process was very good and easy. It involved a detailed test of a person's analytical and technical skills, and I had a great experience in the interview process.

The process is very easy. The technical round occurs twice and primarily focuses on fundamentals. The first interview is mostly conducted over the phone, followed by a face-to-face interview for the second round. They also conduct weekly drives.
