Pros

Work-life balance is good.

Cons

They will listen to competitor words, but not employee words.

My client gave me an appreciation letter, but a few top-level managers don't know what work employees are doing or how important it is to the organization. I sent my resignation as usual. They asked me to shift to another project. I said I needed some time to think about it due to a personal issue. Without notice, they asked to relieve me. I have confidence in how to get a job, or at least I can work as a freelancer. At the time of relieving, I saw many people like me. I laughed at the behavior of the top-level people and left simply without saying anything. It will not impact me, but it will impact the organization, its credibility, ethics, morals, and values. I can't blame the entire organization because of a few people's mistakes.

Advice to Management

Please understand what the employee is doing. When a client is visiting, don't think about expenses. Think about the quality of product or services we have given to the client. You should be able to explain very well to the client what we are and how important we are to them.
