Benefits are extensive (health, dental, car, corporate card, etc.) with stock options and a decent holiday offering (25 days + bank holidays). Spending a lot of time travelling has its perks (hotel rewards + airmiles) in various places.
There can be a bit of a lack of direction at times. The consultancy lifestyle can be highly stressful with a lot of time away from home. Some sites require a Monday-Friday on-site presence, leading to a 6-day week with travel at times. The expenses policies can be a bit outdated. There are often issues with management not knowing the very policies that they are to follow in relation to this.
Take living locations into account when getting engineers on site. Further train engineers to provide better onsite support.
