Well-managed. The interviewer typically asks questions about the candidate's qualifications, skills, work history, and relevant experience. They also try to determine if a candidate would be a good fit for the company culture.

Due to this pandemic situation, they advised us to join a team meeting. It was like a video conference, starting with our personal introductions, followed by our current working experience, and a technical session.

The interview was overall average. The panel was very cool and friendly. He first asked for Java basic questions and then jumped on to core concepts. For answers which I was not aware, I told him frankly that I should go through them.
