It was a nice interaction. They have an online test, and then a technical interview. I was asked some technical and some HR questions, like about family background, and also some situation-based questions.

It was good. The total time taken was almost 1 hour, but I answered a lot of questions and I didn't get selected. This is how my interview experience with Capgemini went.

Very close and kind, they explained everything clearly. The empathy they expressed was of great help. In my case, the interview was conducted online, and they were very flexible when it came to choosing the date and time.
