One of the disadvantages, in my opinion, currently is when reinforcements come from other teams. The needs of the team needing them are not very well considered, therefore, it is sometimes difficult to work with said person or people.

Junior Software Engineer
A relatively difficult online coding challenge. There were 4 data structure problems on an online IDE. 3 were math-heavy, and the last was string manipulation. I don't know about the actual interviews as I did not move on.
