Very happy. The people are very kind and there is a very good atmosphere, although the organization in some projects could be improved.

Proactiveness and a lot of room for improvement. There is always someone who can lend you a hand.
One of the disadvantages that, in my opinion, currently exists is when reinforcements come from other teams. The needs of the team requiring help are not very well considered, therefore, it is sometimes difficult to get along with said person/s.
