- Flexible hours.
- Good people, both as professionals and as humans.
- It's consulting, so you will rarely work at something you are passionate about.
- Related to the first point, I had to be very proactive to get tasks I was interested in.
- There was no real motivation to keep working there. All the people around me had been hired for their current positions and weren't going up in the company, so of course that meant most people move on eventually.
Make it easier for employees to move up within the company.
