Hybrid working is good for those who don't want to go to the office every day.
As a foreigner, I experienced language issues. I don't know Polish. Many meetings started with the sentence, "Is there anybody who doesn't know Polish?" This was disturbing. Sometimes, if you were late and there were no other non-Polish speakers, they might start the meeting in Polish.
