Pros

Good salary at first impression.

Cons

Strict office timings, though in bench. Nobody cares if your time is spent learning and enhancing your skills.

The office is away from the heart of the city, and we hardly need to spend 2 hours every day. Don't expect time flexibility, even if there's no work for family.

Desks are provided only when you are on a project. People are dominating, and you will not get to know your team until you start training or working. No transparency; you will realize everything is confidential until you find the right personal mate.

There are no free facilities – gym, transport, food, mobile internet – but at nominal prices. Leave policies are for company reputation, and there are a lot of constraints. Everything is controlled by managers. There is no work-from-home option; you will rarely find one. It depends on the project and managers.

In the probation period, their evaluation follows 30, 60, and 90 days. Each of these stages is difficult to meet if you are experienced with higher expectations.

Advice to Management

Not sure if employee reviews are considered. If so, please look into time flexibility.

Have trust in employee's honesty and respect their hard work. Just keeping them for 9.5 hours a day doesn't mean they are doing productive work for the company.

Please look into flexibility for time to spend with family or address personal issues. There are a lot of companies providing remote work options without impacting security policies.
