Add child care leave for mothers.
Give career opportunities to women (and men) who have career gaps for a genuine reason.
Salary structures must be improvised, considering inflation.

The interview was good. It included an L1 technical round, followed by an AMCAT exam, and then an HR round for a candidate with 3.5 years of experience. The opening was directly into a new project, mainly requiring JCL, DB2, and COBOL changes.
