My impression is that the company is continuously ahead in terms of innovation and working methods. Where in the past this was with methods and systems, it is now with flexible working practices and service orientation from the cloud. As an employee, you are a linchpin in realizing the solution with which you help the customer take steps in today's digital world.
It requires some effort in terms of training, and the primary employment condition is not a top one.

He called then for a tech interview. They asked about the JD and past experience. It was not too hard but focused a lot on cloud computing stuff, which was not in the JD. It lasted about 30 minutes. I never heard back, so I assume no offer.
