Salary is low compared to the company's own bases in SP and DF. Does not pay PLR, whereas other locations (SP and DF) do. There is a lack of transparency in promotions and career plans.
Reducing internal salary inequality within the company. We know it follows collective bargaining and the cost of living by region, but it's not fair for someone in the Salvador office to receive significantly less than someone in SP or DF for the same role and project.
