Pros

Sorry, I do not have any.

Cons
  1. The notice period is fixed at three months, with no room for negotiation, even by a single day. Additionally, employees are not permitted to take any leaves, including sick leave, during this notice period.

  2. Capgemini does not consistently update the employee's resignation status at the client location, often leading to extensions of the notice period beyond three months. Therefore, it is crucial to ensure that if an employee is deployed at a client location, their resignation status is promptly updated.

  3. If an employee is at a client location, then managers at Capgemini only care about timesheet submission.

  4. After an employee submits their resignation, managers do not even respond to emails or calls, and the exit criteria is incredibly challenging to fulfill.
