Cons

I started as a Trainee with a trainee salary. I've now been with the company for 1 year and they promoted me to QA Leader, however, with the same trainee salary. The workload is exaggerated: I'm on 4 projects at the same time, sometimes I work more than 12 hours a day and I've also worked Saturdays from 8 am to 5 pm. Overtime is not paid.

If you happen to get sick and are absolutely unable to work for a day, they force you to medicate and continue with your work even if you feel bad. In my experience, there are jobs where you do the same thing for a much better salary and better benefits.

Advice to Management

Valoren el trabajo de sus empleados, ya que el aumento de trabajo y el tiempo que invierten por lo que pagan desmotiva demasiado a sus empleados.
