Cool people, very open and available for communication, flexibility in work shifts and without much pressure.
It depends on the project you are allocated to. The business operates in cliques, and it doesn't matter if you have complaints; nothing will be resolved, and the business will always be steered towards those with more seniority. Either you help to suck up, or you are out. You need to know how to push the management's buttons. I was removed from a project without any explanation, with the claim of lack of productivity, even though I was one of the people who delivered the most on the team.
