  • No performance bonus.
  • Salary is so-so.
  • Lacks direct management and communication from Supervisors/Managers (clients are more visible with performance).
  • Few engagement events or activities within projects (employees within the same clients).
Advice to Management
  • Provide budget for engagement activities within projects.
  • Include performance bonuses to increase employee motivation to work.
