They cut our variable pay to show their profits in quarterly reports. For the past 3 years, there have been no hikes.
For everything, we need to follow up; without it, nothing will work.
Instead of helping employees during hard times, they are forcing employees to resign.
If you are on the bench, you will not have a desk or PC but still need to be in the office for 9 hours.
Please look after employees, not only company profits.
