Good energetic peers, a swanky office, and lots of options for extra-curricular activities. Responsibility given at an early stage allows a person to grow.
Too much office politics hampers the work environment. Resources are loaded with multiple projects, so working on weekends is the norm. Poor pay and ridiculous appraisals.
Learn to manage your subordinates efficiently. A little empathy goes a long way in keeping the morale of the team high.
