HR does not communicate to resources individually. SEs to Consultants are underpaid. Poor ratings due to pyramid structure. Forced into different skill projects, so less personal growth. Not enough onsite opportunities. Lot of cost cutting.
HR should help employees in making a good career move, beneficial both for the resource and the company.
Work from home policy should be introduced.
