Horrible salary. Infinite freezing of promotions and raises, and high turnover of people who get tired of replacing others and not receiving a single raise. Depending on the project you'll be on, you won't truly work with the tool and, worse, you'll only be doing minor coding that, overall, won't add anything to your skills. Many low-performance people on the team, but after the management change (which was very weak), it has improved.
The benefits are okay. If there's more inflation, only the health plan will be worthwhile (without accommodation).
