A very informative and helpful environment. In my opinion, I can say this is the best place to work
I work for the LnD team; it's one of the best teams to work for. Work-life at Capgemini is very good in this kind of situation, as working from home makes it possible to achieve a good balance between work and family. I learned everything on the job after being tagged to the LnD.
Ratings & promotion are not so good.
Experience: Try to get in with a good package. Hikes will be little.
