Capgemini is a very big brand. Any company will love to hire you after Capgemini because the brand name will add a lot of weightage to your resume.
For freshers, it is a good learning place (at least for 2 years).
The appraisal system sucks at Capgemini. They give a hike between 0–7% annually. 7% hikes are for those who are top performers in the company.
