Didn't get enough exposure if you are a fresher, based on personal experience.
Management is not so good.
Didn't get a decent hike, even if you work hard.
Management has to think fresher. Are they with you to grow? Kindly let them experience new things which they want to do.

Software Engineer
The assessment and technical interview both went well. The interviewer had a lot of questions. She focused on examples along with the questions. She asked about the basics of DSA and the fundamentals of React and JavaScript.
SDE-intern
It was easy, but the questions were tricky. They asked hard questions that you can find on Google. You should also be in formal attire. They all asked me about my work.
