Nothing as such, except work-life balance.
Management is not good. They manipulate people, and work isn’t recognized by management. There’s no promotion, no motivation, and no salary increase in the last 3 years. It’s torture to work in this environment. The pay is very low compared to the living cost in London, and there are many more issues.
I see no career progression in the last 3 years. In fact, I felt like I got demoted working at Capgemini. Please think before joining.
