All the agile projects are grouped under Agile Development Center. The agile way of development is very admirable in Capgemini. All the scrum ceremonies are followed properly, taking into account employees' work-life balance. No unplanned ad hoc calls or meetings by the manager. Strictly adhere to work timings.
Non-agile projects are not much recommended; there is no skill growth.
There is no proper leave policy, such as casual and paid leaves.
Restructure the leave policy in a better way that can benefit employees.
More onsite opportunities must be created.
