I have no pros to offer.
This is simply the worst company I have ever worked for. They have no compassion and treat employees appallingly.
As a French company, you should be ashamed of yourselves in the UK. My advice is to remain isolationist and focus on your own country. You continue to stagnate, and this applies to the UK and the USA.
