A nice company does work
Capgemini in Fundão is nice because its work-life balance is good. I don't need to use a car to go to the office. The city is nice, and the managers are good people.
Salary is the lowest of other countries in Europe. Also, if we left the company before 2 years, we pay a fee if they help us with Expat.
