Have a good selection of client companies to work with as an external.
There is an extreme lack of communication from the company regarding anything and everything. I have spent 3 years in this company with little to no contact with anyone within the organization while I worked at a client company.
Whether it's regarding your quality of work, content of work, management, or hikes, there has been absolutely no communication.
In fact, for the first year and a half I spent in the organization, my N+1 manager was a bot account that I could not even contact.
Even with high praises from the client company, Capgemini refuses to acknowledge my work or my impact, and continued to ignore my efforts and pleas.
Joining as a fresher is a miserable experience with respect to compensation, as due to the contracts you sign, your income won't see much of an improvement during the course of the contract period. But even post that, the increments are almost non-existent despite immense work and praise for the same. From a financial standpoint, there is almost no respect for the employee.
Management needs an entire rework on how communication is handled within the organization, especially for employees who work externally at a client location. They make claims about changing the structure to improve these situations from arising, but from what I have seen, it hasn't improved.
Please make sure to take action on this if you want your employees' mental health to not deteriorate.

Scheduled on weekdays. Started with an introduction, followed by technical questions. While nearing the end of the interview, the interviewer asked me about my current CTC and expected CTC. Is it valid to ask for CTC in a technical interview? I hop
I applied through the Naukri portal link. HR called after 2 days and asked general questions regarding work experience and roles and responsibilities. Total 3 rounds: 1. Telephonic round (Technical) 2. Face to Face 3. HR Round
