Worst RMG. They take ages to assign you to a project and a millisecond to put you on PIP, LOP, or kick you out by penalizing you to pay back the company. Simply extortion.
No one knows what rating you are getting, and your direct supervisor will not know what is written in your feedback. Every good work will be neutralized, which projects you as underperforming.
Poor salary; you can't win on negotiation.
