• Someone wants to stay there for a year, and a lazy bud can survive here.
• Nobody cares if you exist or are working unless the client is behind.

• Worst RMG. They take ages to assign you to a project and a millisecond to put you on PIP, LOP, or kick you out by penalizing you to pay back the company. Simply extortion.

• No one knows what rating you are getting, and your direct supervisor will not know what is written in your feedback. Every good work will be neutralized, which projects you as underperforming.

• Poor salary; you can't win on negotiation.

Bad blood fights with management are quite common at any level. They will ask you to work on weekends or extras, but you never get any comp off or benefits on top.
