The people here are very good, at least who I had worked with. The work culture is also good.
It really sucks if you work hard and you are not appreciated.
It's always about how much a project contributes to the profit for the company, and based on that, the projects are given privileges.
Treat all projects the same, even though they provide only a small contribution to your profit.
